Paddle Boarding FAQs
This varies place to place, most will make you at least bring the life vest out to water with you but wearing it is up to you.
The suggested minimum age is around 6 years old and mostly relies on how active and strong the child is… and how far you plan on paddling out
Some places will offer lessons, but for the most part the casual sessions don’t require too much difficulty. What does require a lesson and may be difficult are lessons that teach you how to surf on the paddle board.
